HRIS Analyst

Required skills & experience
1. 3+ years’ experience in Ceridian Dayforce and Ceridian Dayforce configuration, along with a high-level fluency with multiple HRIS systems and processes.
2. Experience with Ultimate Software and Systems Implementation a plus.
3. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology or related discipline preferred.
4. Technically savvy, with the ability to communicate effectively and help drive decisions in the company.

2. As a super-user for HRIS for data entry, updates, troubleshooting, reports generation be will depend on you for reports and data.

3. Healthcare - Appeals and Grievance experience
4. 2-3 years of Hyland Onbase product experience. Hyland Onbase is a content management and process management software suite called OnBase.
5. 2-3 years experience in configuration/code change in Hyland Onbase product
6. Excellent communication
